A: Sugarlolo Konjac Jelly uses erythritol instead of sugar, so that is no sugar, fat and cholesterol content at all. Konjac jelly also contains a lot of moisture and dietary fiber, which reduces calorie intake. The energy intake is only 3-7kcal since only fruit concentrates are used.
Q: Can I consume many packets at once?
A: The erythritol content in the Sugarlolo Konjac Jelly absorbs moisture in your digestive system. Consuming 1 packet at once and a maximum of 2 packets a day is recommended.
