"This is absolutely delicious!" A thick and delicious bag noodle that makes you want to say so. Rich soy sauce with sesame oil, black pepper, and garlic. It is a rich soy sauce mixed soba that is often entwined with thick thick noodles.

Instructions

Boil about 1000ml of water

Add noodles and boil for 4 minutes. (Please adjust the boiling time of the noodles according to your preference.)

Add seasoning sauce into a bowl beforehand.

When the noodles are cooked, strain the noodles and transfer the noodles to the prepared bowl

Mix well.

You can add cha shu, green onion, menma, seaweed, etc. to top it off.

Ca Phosphate, Sake, Polysaccharide Thickener, Caramel  Pigments, Flavoring, Carotenoid Pigment, Antioxidants (Vitamin E), Emulsifiers, Sweeteners  (Sucralose, Acesulfame K), Spice Extracts, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1.
